You may request a refund within 7 days of your purchase if:
- We’re unable to get you streaming on a supported device after troubleshooting.
- You’ve followed our Setup Guides and worked with support without a successful resolution.
- Your order is within the refund window and was placed on our official website.
What’s not refundable
- Issues due to unsupported devices or incompatible third-party apps.
- Problems caused by local network/ISP, VPN/firewall, or power outages.
- Account violations (abuse, sharing, multi-device misuse beyond plan limits).
- Renewals or purchases made after the refund window has passed.
- Orders not placed directly with us (resellers/marketplaces).
