These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Apollo Group TV (the “Service”). By creating an account, purchasing a plan, or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1) Introduction & Acceptance

These Terms are a binding agreement between you and Apollo Group TV (“we”, “us”, “our”). If you do not agree, do not use the Service. We may update these Terms from time to time; material changes will be posted on this page with the “Last updated” date.

Note: This page is provided for general information and does not constitute legal advice. Customize for your jurisdiction and consult counsel if needed.

2) Eligibility & Account

  • Age: You must be at least 18 (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to use the Service.
  • Account Info: Provide accurate information and keep your credentials confidential. You are responsible for all activity under your account.
  • Security: Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

3) Orders, Billing & Renewals

  • Plans: We offer subscription plans (e.g., 1, 3, 6, 12 months). Plan features and prices are shown on the Pricing page.
  • Payment: You authorize us to charge your selected payment method for the full plan amount at checkout.
  • Renewals: If your plan is auto-renewing, we will charge your payment method at the start of each new term unless you cancel beforehand. You can manage renewal via your account or by contacting support.
  • Taxes & Fees: Prices may exclude applicable taxes or fees, which will be calculated at checkout.
  • Chargebacks: Please contact support first to resolve issues. Filing a chargeback may delay resolution and could suspend your account.

4) Activation & Delivery

After successful payment, we send your access details to the email used at checkout, typically within minutes. If you do not receive an email, check your spam folder or contact support.

5) Permitted Use & Device Limits

  • Personal, non-commercial use: The Service is provided for lawful, personal use only.
  • Device limits: Your plan may limit simultaneous streams or devices. Exceeding limits may result in temporary blocks or account review.
  • Geography: Availability may vary by region. You are responsible for complying with local laws and rules set by your ISP or device platform.

6) Prohibited Conduct

  • Reverse engineering, decompiling, scraping, automated access, or interfering with the Service or its infrastructure.
  • Resale, sharing, or transferring your account or credentials to others beyond plan limits.
  • Infringing others’ rights or violating applicable laws, platform terms, or network policies.
  • Using unauthorized third-party apps or modified clients that compromise security or service stability.

7) Third-Party Apps, Players & Content

We may suggest compatible player apps or device platforms (e.g., Amazon Fire TV, Android/Android TV). Those apps and platforms are provided by third parties under their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for third-party services or content.

8) Service Availability & Maintenance

We strive for a stable experience, but the Service may be unavailable due to maintenance, updates, network/provider issues, or circumstances beyond our control. We may modify or discontinue features at any time.

9) Fair Use & Anti-Abuse

To protect service quality, we may apply fair-use measures, such as rate limiting, device/session verification, or temporary blocks for suspicious activity (e.g., credential sharing, abnormal concurrent usage, automated access).

10) Refunds & Cancellations

  • Refunds: Our refund window and eligibility rules are defined in the Refund Policy.
  • Cancellations: You may cancel future renewals at any time before the renewal date. Access continues through the end of the paid term.

11) Privacy

Your use of the Service is subject to our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect and process personal data.

12) Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE”. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

13) Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT WILL WE BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIMS RELATING TO THE SERVICE WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US FOR THE SERVICE DURING THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS BEFORE THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO LIABILITY.

14) Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or related to your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

15) Changes to the Service & Terms

We may update the Service and these Terms at any time. Continued use after updates become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of [your country/state], without regard to conflict of law principles. Courts located in [your city/region] will have exclusive jurisdiction, unless mandatory consumer protection rules apply in your country of residence.
