Login not working

Copy/paste from the activation email, check for spaces, and ensure your plan is active. If still stuck, contact support.

Downloader won’t open links

In Downloader → Settings, enable JavaScript. On Fire OS 8+: Settings → Applications → Install unknown apps → allow for Downloader.

No sound / wrong language

In the player, switch the audio track. Also check TV audio settings (PCM vs pass-through).
